  1. The owner of the skysnap.pl website is SkySnap sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (02-001 Warsaw), Al. Jerozolimskie 81, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw under the number 0000579696, share capital PLN 15,250, NIP: 5223040482, REGON: 362701268, e-mail: office@skysnap.pl
  2. The prices of events and products are given in Polish Zloty (PLN) or US Dollars (USD) and include VAT. Presented prices are binding at the time of placing an order by the Customer. If the price is different from that presented on the website, the Customer will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
  3. The service reserves the right of opportunity:
    1. changes in the prices of events and products available for purchase,
    2. Introducing new events and products into the portfolio,
    3. withdrawal of certain events and products from sale,
    4. To carry out and cancel promotional actions and make changes to them.
  4. The service guarantees full protection of personal data, which will be used only for the purpose of processing the order and for marketing purposes. Personal data will not be shared with other entities. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the processing of personal data necessary for the execution of the order in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997.
  5. Possible forms of payment:
    1. transfer on account
    2. Przelewy24 system
    3. payment card through the Przelewy24 system In the title of the payment, please include the name of the training or product and your name.
  6. The amount due resulting from the order form for an event or product should be paid immediately after the order. Once the payment is made by the Przelewy24 system, it sends a message to the provided e-mail address with confirmation of acceptance of the payment. 5 working days before the event, the Owner of the website sends an additional message to the provided e-mail address with information about the place and time of the event.
  7. The service may not fulfill the order:
    1. If the application form is filled out incompletely or incorrectly,
    2. In case of failure to obtain confirmation of the order,
    3. In case of withdrawal of the event from sale. To be sure of smooth processing, please carefully fill out all the required fields of the form and provide a cell phone number in the order.
  8. In case of cancellation of the training, the Owner of the website will refund the funds paid to the Client's account. This also applies to the situation of changing the date or location of the event, as long as the Customer requests a refund.
  9. The customer may file a complaint. In order to do so, contact Iwona Kozlowska by e-mail (office@skysnap.pl) or by letter. The complaint should contain the data of the person submitting the complaint and a description of the reported objections. The owner of the website will consider the complaint within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of its receipt. The owner of the website may refuse to consider complaints submitted after 14 (fourteen) days from the disclosure of the reasons for the complaint. If the complaint is accepted, the customer will be informed by email within 14 (fourteen) days.
  10. The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 (fourteen) days of its placement without giving any reason, in accordance with OJ 2014.827 article 27. The 14-day (fourteen-day) period in which the consumer can cancel the contract is counted from the date of placing the order.
  11. Placing an order implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations.
  12. In matters not covered by these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
  13. The competent court for disputes arising from the contract of sale is the court with jurisdiction over the website.
  14. The owner of the website reserves the right to make changes to the content of these regulations without notice or notification.
