For your convenience, we have made an effort to indicate the rights you are entitled to in the context of the description of individual personal data processing operations. We emphasize that one of the rights indicated above is always available to you - if you consider that we have violated data protection regulations in the processing of your personal data, you have the opportunity to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection). We guarantee you the confidentiality of any personal information you provide to us. We ensure that we take all security and data protection measures required by data protection regulations. Personal data is collected with due diligence and properly protected from access by unauthorized persons.
List of entrustments. We entrust the processing of personal data to the following entities:
- MailerLite UAB, Paupio g.28, Vilnius 11341, Lithuania - in order to use the MailerLite mailing system for sending newsletters
- Hosting Provider - IQ PL Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 16 Geodetów St., 80-298 Gdańsk entered in the National Court Register (KRS) 0000007725, Registration Court: District Court in Gdańsk VII KRS department - for the purpose of storing personal data on the server,
- cloud software providers, such as mailing system, invoicing system, accounting system, CRM system - within the software your personal data is processed
- Other subcontractors who may have access to your personal data if they provide services in connection with such access.
- If necessary, your personal data may be shared with entities, authorities or institutions entitled to access the data under the law, such as police, security services, courts, prosecutors' offices
All entities to which we entrust the processing of personal data guarantee the application of appropriate measures for the protection and security of personal data required by law.
Data sharing. We share your data (as a separate data controller) with the online payment processor, but only to the extent necessary to process the payment.
Processing of your data
User account. A user account is created on the website https://portal.skysnap.pl When you make your first order on the site, as part of the fulfillment of the contract. Therefore, when placing an order, you must provide your e-mail address and the data necessary to complete the order, i.e. your name, billing address, e-mail address. Providing the data is voluntary, but necessary to complete the order. Once the order is paid for (using the name and email address you provided when ordering), a user account is automatically created. As part of editing the profile created on the site https://portal.skysnap.pl user you can provide further data about yourself, for example: time zone, description (BIO), location. Providing this data is completely voluntary. You can have an account without providing these further-reaching data. The data you enter within your user account is processed solely for the purpose of maintaining your account and providing you with the ability to use it. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data within the user account is the performance of the account maintenance contract you enter into under the store's regulations - Article 6(1)(b) of the RODO. The data collected when placing an order is processed within the WordPress system and stored on the server provided by IQ PL Ltd. Your data will be processed within your account for as long as you have a user account. When you delete your account, your data will be deleted from the database, except for data on orders placed. You can access your personal data processed within your account at any time by logging into your user account. You can access your data by directing your request to office@skysnap.pl. In the same way, you can modify your data or delete your account. With respect to the data collected in your user account, you also have the right to data portability as provided in Article 20 of the RODO. Orders. When placing an order, you must provide the data necessary to complete the order, i.e. name, billing address, e-mail address. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to place an order. Data provided to us in connection with an order, are processed for the purpose of processing the order (Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA), issuing an invoice (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA), including the invoice in our accounting records (Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA), and for archival and statistical purposes (Article 6(1)(f) of the DPA). The data contained in the order placed through the store is processed within the WordPress system and stored on the server provided by IQ PL Ltd. Orders are also recorded in our internal database for archival and statistical purposes. Order data will be processed for the time necessary to complete the order, and then until the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract. In addition, after the expiration of this period, the data may still be processed by us for statistical purposes. Remember also that we are obliged to keep invoices with your personal data for a period of 5 years from the end of the fiscal year in which the tax liability arose. In the case of order data, you do not have the opportunity to rectify this data once the order has been processed. You also cannot object to the processing of your data and demand the deletion of your data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for contractual claims. Similarly, you cannot object to the processing of data and demand the deletion of data contained in invoices. However, after the expiration of the statute of limitations for claims under the concluded contract, you may object to our processing of your data for statistical purposes, as well as demand the deletion of your data from our database. In relation to your order data, you also have the right to data portability as provided in Article 20 of the RODO. Newsletter. If you wish to subscribe to the newsletter, you must provide us with your email address via the newsletter signup form or give separate consent during the ordering process. The data you provide to us when signing up for the newsletter is used for the purpose of sending you the newsletter, and the legal basis for its processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) RODO) given when signing up for the newsletter. The data is processed within the MailerLite mailing system and stored on a server provided by MailerLite UAB. The data will be processed for the duration of the newsletter, unless you opt out earlier, which will result in the deletion of your data from the database. You can correct your data stored in the newsletter database at any time, as well as request its deletion by opting out of receiving the newsletter. You also have the right to data portability, as stipulated in Article 20 of the RODO. Complaints and withdrawal from the contract. If you make a complaint or withdraw from the contract, you provide us with personal data contained in the content of the complaint or withdrawal statement, which includes your name, home address, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number. Data provided to us in connection with the submission of a complaint or withdrawal from the contract is used for the purpose of the complaint procedure or withdrawal procedure (Article 6(1)(c) RODO). The data will be processed for the time necessary to carry out the complaint procedure or withdrawal procedure. Complaints and withdrawal statements may also be archived for statistical purposes. In the case of data contained in complaints and withdrawal statements, you do not have the opportunity to rectify this data. You also cannot object to data processing and request deletion of data until the expiration of the statute of limitations for contractual claims. The content of correspondence may be subject to archiving. You have the right to request the history of correspondence you have had with us (if it was subject to archiving), as well as to request its deletion, unless its archiving is justified by our overriding interests, such as defense against potential claims.
