The SkySnap portal is for everyone. For those who understand the subject of photogrammetry, it will certainly prove easy to use. For others who are interested, it may prove a bit more difficult at first, but we are committed to ensuring that everyone is able to find their way around it. Therefore, we offer a support department (from 9 am to 5 pm on weekdays), which will be happy to answer any questions and dispel doubts. In addition, to make it possible to learn all the features of the SkySnap Portal and increase the potential of using our tool, we provide a number of opportunities to get to know the Portal from the inside. These include our channel on the YouTube platform, invitations to webinars and a regular newsletter for clients.

Can I opt out of using the SkySnap Portal?

Our goal is for you to remain our satisfied customer, but if for various reasons you need to terminate your subscription to our services then, of course, this is an option and depends on your subscription package. You can cancel with one month's notice (one month before the next billing period) in the case of a monthly subscription, or after the completed subscription period in the case of a transaction to purchase the annual version of the subscription. In case of cancellation, please contact customer service, we will get back to you to confirm the cancellation.
